Purchasing from the photofoundation
For more than 100,000 copies you will need to purchase an Extended License. This can be done by contacting us through our contact form.

Back to topImages featuring logos or brand images, may only be used for editorials. Most of our images fall in this category. Other images can be used with the purchase of a license. Some restrictions do apply, please see below for more examples of when you can and cannot use the images.
When buying images with Editorial licenses you:
CANNOT
- create commercial items such as postcards, games, etc that will be redistributed or resold.
- create T-shirts, mugs, or any other product of this type that will be resold or redistributed.
- create logos or trademarks.
- use it to create your own art that you will resell or redistribute.
- create web templates that you will sell or redistribute.
- use it in any other essential manner in a product that will be resold or redistributed
- images can not be used in packaging for commercial goods.
- surpass 100,000 copies of the same image.
CAN (as long as there is no logo or branded material in the image)
- to illustrate printed materials such as newspapers, magazines, books and CD covers
- for advertising and promotional materials
- for posters for humanitarian campaigns or social campaigns
- for websites
- for presentations
- use for interior design to decorate personal space
